There are rules. It's vaguely technical... we go to the US Steinholding Association for the details.  We make beer, not rules. Find those rules here.

Local winners have the chance to take home the big prize at the Pennsylvania State Steinholding Championship at ArtsQuest's Oktoberfest, presented by Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) on October 12, 2024.
